Went to the audiologist yesterday in Manchester to have ear impressions taken. These are now being sent off to create custom in ear monitors for my Shure earphones so I can hear better on stage. Wasn't expecting it, but it was quite painful! It will be about 4 weeks before I get them back. I will post a pic when they arrive.

In ear monitors are a modern version of floor wedges with the advantage of protecting your ears from the loud music and hearing every detail for pitch and intonation. Really important for a singer.
